[Enlargements of the breasts is noted more significant at left side. The breast tissue is heterogenous and there are multiple variable sized mass like lesions in both breasts which show increased signal on STIR iamges and enhancement on post-Gd images. Possibility of multiple fibroadenoma or phyllodes tumor are the most likely consideration.
No significant axulary lymph node is seen. The rest of the exam is unremarkable.
