سلام مادر من ماموگرافی و سونوگرافی دادند به شرح زیر :
بافت فیبروگلاندولار در رتروآرئولار پستانها متراکم و یک ناحیه contraction بافتی در مرکز پستان چپ دیده شد که مطرح کننده تغییرات فیبرو کیستیک است لذا جهت رد ضایهات underlying انجام سونوگرافی توصیه میشود علائمی از توده . کیست . میکروکلسیفیکاسیون و ضخامت پوست دیده می شود چند لنف نود در اگزپلازی راست مشهود است birads 0 acr II
سونوگرافی :
mild benign changes are noted in the uoq and lateral parts of both breasts there are a few tiny cysts in the right breast up to 4 mm in lower part in right breast medial part there is a hypoechoic well defined superficially located mass measuring 12=5 mm in favour of subcutaneous cyst as sebaceous cyst or epidermoid inclusion cyst. no evidence of suspicious mass or any echo distortion is seen. no significant axillary lymph node is evident
